Hi Agus,
Today you are going to learn more about a common question that
many people who want to start their own newsletter have...
"Which Format Is Best for My Newsletter - Text, HTML, or PDF?"
When you first want to start your own newsletter, you face the
option of choosing between these 3 formats for your newsletter:
plain text, HTML, and PDF.
Each of them are good for a certain purpose, and they each have
their own pros and cons. So it'd up to you to decide which one is
best for YOUR newsletter.
Here are some notes about each format to help you choose the best
one...
----------------------
Format #1: Plain Text
----------------------
Plain text newsletters are common mostly for their ease of
creating and publishing. You don't have to create any fancy HTML
template. You don't have check all the formatting and HTML code
issues every time you want to send out your new issue.
Also you have this peace of mind that your newsletter will get to
the hands of your subscribers just like the way it looks like on
your computer - unlike with HTML newsletters for which a perfect
design might turn into a messy set of codes on someone else's
computer.
On the other hand, plain text newsletters look very simple. So if
you are looking for a more impressive design, you can go to other
options...
-------------------
Format #2: HTML
-------------------
If you want to include images, text colors and styles in your
newsletter, this newsletter format will be perfect for you.
It will also give your newsletter a more professional and
inviting look and feel, that will make your subscribers read and
like your newsletter more.
Creating an HTML newsletter design for your newsletter can be a
challenge if you try to create it yourself from scratch, because you'll
need to have HTML skills and also design a professional layout.
That's why I have created 27 professional newsletter templates for
you and have compiled them into a ready-made package, so you can
start using them today.

Format #3: PDF
------------------
PDF newsletters are good for longer and usually paid newsletters.
Because creating a PDF newsletter is too much hassle to create for a
weekly free newsletter.
Because you first to create it in a Word document, and then
convert it to PDF using a special piece of software.
But it certainly looks very professional and will offer a higher
perceived value, so it's the best option if you publish a paid
newsletter.
OK, there you have it! I hope you have enjoyed reading today's
tips.
You can also read a related helpful article about which newsletter
format most people prefer to receive.
